On the Practice page select your course and green speed and click the Play Mini Golf button. The game will open in a new window. The screen will show the course data, player name, sound option, and volume control. For members who are signed in their name will appear. For players not signed in Guest will appear. Click the box next to sound to mute the sound or leave it checked to have sound. Adjust the slider to control the sound level next to volume control. As the game loads you will see the progress level at the bottom of the screen. When the game is fully loaded a Tee off button will appear. When you are ready to start your round click on the Tee Off button.
There are 5 different green speeds to choose from. Very Slow, Slow, Average, Fast, and Very Fast. Slow is about halfway between Very Slow and Average. Fast is about halfway between Average and Very Fast.
After completing 9 holes your scorecard will be displayed briefly then you will advance automatically to the 10th hole. Before advancing to the 10th hole while the scorecard is being displayed if you click on the Home Page button the game will end and you will be returned back to the Practice Page. After completing all 18 holes you will be taken back to your scorecard. Your scores below par will show up in green. Your scores that are par will show up in black. Your scores above par will show up in red.
When you are finished looking at your scorecard click on the Home Page button. The window will close and you will be back on the Play Mini Golf page ready to go again. If your browser displays the game in full screen and you want to quit early hold down the control key and press W on the keyboard.
To view the game in full screen set your screen resolution to 800x600.
The game is made to fit full screen at the 800x600 resolution. However when viewed at this resolution some browsers cut off the bottom of the game. If this is the case with your browser, then increase your screen resolution to 1024x768.
To register for free membership to 3B Games go to the Registration page. Fill out the short form and click the Register button. After successfully registering you will be redirected to the Lobby. After registering for membership you will be eligible to compete in Tournaments and Leagues, communicate with other members using the message board and chat room, and your personal stats will appear from contests you have entered. To edit your password or other data go to My Account.
To sign in go to the Home page and enter your User Name and Password into the Members' Login box. You must be signed in to play in a tournament or league, to use the message board or chat room, and to have your personal stats appear.
To retrieve your password go to the Forgot Password page. Enter your email address and click the Email Password button. Your password will be emailed you shortly.
To play the demo course click on the Demo link on the top of the home page. Refer to the How to Play section on playing the course.
Guests are welcome to view the site and play the mini golf courses from the Practice page. However if you want to compete in Tournaments and Leagues or communicate with other members you have to register for a free membership.
Members are allowed to compete in Tournaments and Leagues, communicate using the message boards and chat rooms, and have their personal stats appear for them on the site. Also the extra advertising on the Lobby, Practice, and Records pages will not appear.
The My Account page contains your profile, your game stats for the year, and other setting options. You can edit your password and change your email address in the Basic Profile section. Your game stats and tournament level appear in the Game Information section. You can choose the color to be displayed for you when you use the chat room or the chat box on the Tournament Page. You can add a signature line which will appear when you post a message on the message board. You can set your time zone and click to be reminded of upcoming events.
The Lobby page is short summary of all the stats and recent tournament information. It is the starting page for members after they have signed in to their account.
The Play Mini Golf Table displays all of the courses, the par for the course, and the course average. The course average is obtained from scores in tournament and league play. You can play a course directly by clicking on a course name. The green speed will be set to average. If you want to go to the practice page and select a different green speed click on the Go To Practice link at the bottom of the table.
The Tournament Winners Beginners Table displays the winners from the past 25 tournaments. If you are one of the tournament winners then that line will be displayed in bold. To view all the Beginner Tournament winners or to view a Beginner Tournament leader board click on the Go To Recap link. All winners from a Beginner Tournament are automatically placed in the Champions Tournament for all following tournaments.
The Tournament Winners Champions Table displays the winners from the past 25 tournaments. If you are one of the tournament winners then that line will be displayed in bold. To view all the Champion Tournament winners or to view a Champion Tournament leader board click on the Go To Recap link.
The Tournaments Table shows when the current tournament ends. To sign up for the tournament click on the Tournament Signup link.
The League Table shows when the next league begins. To sign up for a league click on the League Signup link.
The Course Records Table displays the course name, the course record, the record holder, and your personal record for the course. All records are taken from tournament and league play. If you are one of the course record holders then that line will be displayed in bold. To view more in depth records click on the Go To Records link at the bottom of the table.
The Top Players Table displays the Top 15 Mini Golf Players of the Year. It shows the Players Rank, the Players Name, the Players Average, and the Player Points. There are no tiebreakers so if two players have the same amount of player points then they will be tied. The Player Average is computed from all of a players tournament and league rounds. The Player Points are earned from tournament and league play. To view the point system for earning points go to Point System. To view all of the rankings click the Go To Player Rankings link at the bottom of the table. If you are one of the Top 15 players then that line will be displayed in bold.
The Last 10 Tournaments Played Table displays the information from your last 10 tournaments played. It displays the tournament name, the date the tournament ended, your skill level for the tournament, the tournament winner, the tournament winner's score, your score, and your finish in the tournament. If you were the winner of a tournament then that line will be displayed in bold. To view the full list of your tournaments played click the Go To Recap link at the bottom of the table.
The Beginners Tournament Table displays the leader board of the Top 10 from the previous Beginners Tournament. If you are in the Top 10 for this tournament then the line will be displayed in bold. Only the players who completed all five rounds successfully will be displayed in the final leader board. To view the entire leader board for the tournament click on the View Leaderboard link at the bottom of the table.
The Champions Tournament Table displays the leader board of the Top 10 from the previous Champions Tournament. If you are in the Top 10 for this tournament then the line will be displayed in bold. Only the players who completed all five rounds successfully will be displayed in the final leader board. To view the entire leader board for the tournament click on the View Leaderboard link at the bottom of the table.
The Records page displays all of the course records. Course records are taken from tournament and league play. You can view either the summary of course records or the top 50 from a particular mini golf course.
The Summary shows the course records for each course. The summary is selected by default when you first go to the Records page. The table shows the course name, the course par, the amount of times the course has been played in tournament and league play, the course average through tournament and league play, the record holder's name, the date the record was set, and the record score. If two or more players shoot the same score for the record, then the player who shot the score the earliest will have his name displayed as the record holder. If you are one of the record holders then the line will be displayed in bold.
Each individual course displays the Top 50 scores for that particular course. To view the Top 50 scores for a course select the course you want to view from the Select Course drop down box on the page. In the header for the table the course name, the course par, the course record, the course average, and the times the course has been played will all be displayed. Displayed in the table will be the rank of the score, the player who shot the score, the record score, the date the record score was shot, the score the player shot the last time they played the course, the date of the last time they played the course, the total amount of times the player has played the course, and their course average. The table is sorted by the score. It is next sorted by date. The player who shot the score the earliest will appear first. If you have one of the Top 50 scores then the line will be displayed in bold.
The Recap page is a recap of tournaments and leagues. You can view the recap of tournaments that you have played, all the Beginners tournaments, all the Champions tournaments, and all of the leagues that you have played. You can view the final leader board of a tournament by clicking the name of the tournament.
The Played Tournaments table displays all of the tournaments that you have played. This is the default table that it is set to when you go to the Recap page. This table displays the name of the tournament, the date the tournament was completed, your level of competition, the winner of the tournament, the winning score of the tournament, your score for the tournament, and your final ranking in the tournament. If you won the tournament then the line will be displayed in bold. To view the final leader board of a tournament click on the name of the tournament and the leader board will open in a new window. Only the players who completed all five rounds successfully will be displayed in the final leader board.

The Player Rankings page displays the rank of the mini golf players. The player rankings are sorted by player points earned from tournament and league play. The Player Rankings table displays the ranking of a player, the players name, Beginner Tournaments successfully completed and entered, the number of Top 10 finishes in Beginners Tournaments, Champion Tournaments successfully completed and entered, the number of Top 10 finishes in Champions Tournaments, the number of leagues entered, then number of leagues won, and the total amount of Player Points earned. If you are ranked then the line that you are in will be displayed in bold. Everyone will start out a year with a fresh start.
The table is set to the Top 25 of the current year by default. To view more than the Top 25 select a number from the Display dropdown box. To view a previous year select a year from the Year dropdown box.
The Practice page lists all of the courses to play. The Play Mini Golf table shows the course name, par, average, record, and green speed. When you are ready to play a course select the course speed from the drop down box on the course's row and click on the Play Mini Golf button. Refer to the How to Play section on playing the course.
Here is your chance to take on the world and see if you are the best. We will run three tournaments each week. Each tournament will earn you points for your player rankings. Each tournament will have a maximum of 1,000 entries and will be closed when all participants have completed their rounds or when the time allowed has expired. After a tournament has reached the maximum amount of players, it will be closed out to new entries and a new tournament will open shortly. If a tournament is maxed out and closed and a new tournament is started, the new tournament will have the same ending time as the original tournament. Any member may play in a tournament, however all members are limited to playing three times for each tournament.
Each tournament will have two divisions - Beginners and Champions. The Beginners tournament will be open to all members who have not won a previous tournament. The Champions tournament will be open to all members who have won a previous tournament. You will automatically be place in the correct division when you sign up for a tournament.
The dates for the tournaments are as follows: Monday 2:00 am EST to Tuesday 11:00 pm EST Wednesday 2:00 am EST to Thursday 11:00 pm EST Friday 2:00 am EST to Sunday 11:00 pm EST
The deadline for signing up for a tournament is 1 hour before a tournament ends.
To sign up for a tournament you need to be signed in. After signing in go to the Tournament Signup page and click on the Submit Entry button in the Mini Golf Tournament Signup box. After clicking on the Submit Entry button you will be redirected to the Tournament Page. The Tournament Signup page will also include tournament information, courses to be played in the tournament, and a timer that shows how much time is remaining to sign up for the current tournament.
To play a tournament round click on the blinking golf ball in the Tournaments Entered box on the Tournaments page. The blinking golf ball indicates the round to be played next. The game will open in a new window and when you are ready to play click on the Tee Off button. Don't click the blinking golf ball unless you are ready to play. If you click the blinking golf ball and close the new window before finishing the round your score will result in a 0 and you will forfeit your round and entry.
If you don't successfully complete all 5 rounds within the allotted time or if you start a round and don't finish all 18 holes successfully within 30 minutes, you will forfeit your entry. Forfeited entries will not receive Player Points for competing in a tournament and their final score will not be displayed on the final leaderboard for the tournament.
The leaderboards for all current tournaments can be viewed on the Tournaments Page. The leaderboard for your division will be displayed on the Tournament page by default. To view a leaderboard for a different division click on the division name from the dropdown box above the leaderboard. Leaderboards are first sorted by the number of completed rounds and then sorted by score. Your current rank according to par is shown in the Place column. Scores that are below par will be in green; scores that are even par will be in black; and scores that are above par will be in red. Your personal score will also show up in bold. Forfeited rounds will be blank.
The winner of the tournament will be the player with the lowest score for 5 completed rounds. If two or more players have tied for the lead, then there will be multiple winners of the tournament. There are no tiebreakers.
The Countdown table displays the time remaining in a tournament. It also contains quick links to go to the Tournament Signup Page and the Official Tournament Rules Page.
The Tournament Information table displays information concerning the current tournament. It shows the tournament name, the number of entries for the tournament, the final signup time for the tournament, the ending time for the tournament, and the courses and green speed for each round of the tournament.
The Tournaments Entered table displays your entries for a tournament. It shows the tournament name, your current place in the tournament, your scores for each round, your total score for the tournament, and your par score for the tournament. The blinking golf ball indicates the round to be played next. To play that round click on the blinking golf ball.
The leaderboard table displays the leaderboard for the current tournament. It shows the place of a player, the players name, the rounds successfully completed, the scores for each round, the total score, and the par score. The leaderboard for your division will be displayed on the Tournament page by default. To view a leaderboard for a different division click on the division name from the dropdown box above the leaderboard. Leaderboards are first sorted by the number of completed rounds and then sorted by score. Your current rank according to par is shown in the Place column. Scores that are below par will be in green; scores that are even par will be in black; and scores that are above par will be in red. Your personal score will also show up in bold. Forfeited rounds will be blank.
Members are allowed to communicate using the Chat Box on the Tournament page. The Chat Box will display the last 10 messages posted on the left. The members currently on the page will be displayed on the right. To enter a message type out what you want in the bottom box and press enter. To change the color of your displayed name and text go to the My Account page and edit your settings.

The Message Board is a place for members to communicate with one another about various topics. Members are allowed to view and post messages. Guest are only allowed to view messages.
The View Forums page contains a list of all of the forums. It shows the forum names, the last post made in a forum, the number of topics in a forum, and the total number of posts in a forum. To go to a forum click on the name of the forum.
We currently have five forums. Mini Golf, Sports, Entertainment, Miscellaneous, and Help. The Mini Golf forum is for anything about Mini Golf, the Sports forum is for Sports, the Entertainment forum is for Entertainment, the Miscellaneous forum is for everything else, and the Help forum is for Help with the site. When you are on a forum page you can choose to view a different forum by selecting the forum from the dropdown box. Each forum page contains a list of topics sorted by last post. It displays the topic name, who the topic was started by, total number of replies, total number of members who have viewed the topic, and who made the last topic and when it was made.
To post a new topic to a forum click the Post New Topic button in the upper right corner of the forum page. Then enter the Topic name, your message, and click the Post Topic button when you are finished. After clicking Post Topic button you will be returned back to the forum and your post will appear on the top.
To view a topic click on the topic name. On this page you can view all of the posts made on this topic. From here you can click on View Next Topic, View Previous Topic, Back to Top (which will take you back out to the forum page), or Post Reply.
To post a reply to a topic click on Post Reply while you are viewing a topic. Then enter a message and click the Post Reply button. After clicking on the Post Reply button you will be returned back to the topic you were viewing with your reply being made at the bottom.
To add a signature line to your posts go to the My Account page and edit your settings.
The Chat room is a page where members can communicate with each other. To enter the chat room click on the Chat link located in the menu under the Community header. The chat room will open in a new window. Only signed in members are permitted to use the chat room. Messages entered are displayed on the left. Members currently in the chat room are displayed on the right. Use the green arrow keys to scroll up or down. To type a message enter your message on the bottom line and press enter on your keyboard. To change the color of your displayed name in the chat room go to the My Account page and edit your settings.
The Search feature lets you browse the internet using Google. To search the internet click on the Search link located in the menu under the Community header. Then enter the word or phrase you want to search in the box and click on the Google Search button.
To sign out of your account click on the Sign Out button located on the right hand side of the Welcome Line. Once you sign out you will be redirected back to the Home page.
To refer a friend to 3B Games click on the Refer Friend link located on the right hand side of the Welcome Line. Enter your name, your friends email address, and any comments you would like to make and click the Send Email button. Your friend will then receive an email inviting them to the site.

To access the Support page click on the Support link located at the bottom of any page on the site.
